WINNING ELEVEN 2007 US VERSION will it have Edit Mode for Teams, Players etc.???

I know CRISSGRAN said that in one of the posts, that Winning Eleven the US version that Comes out around Jan.-Feb. '07 will have the edit mode on it so that people can edit kits, players, teams etc. If this is true who was the source (And are they reliable) and where can I find out more info about this.
I also know that people say; who cares about the editing?, I am one of those, if you ask me to choose Game Play over editing, I would definetely choose game play 100 times over, but it is cool to download option files from time to time because those guys do a damn good job with them and makes the game that much more fun.

I suppose we'll know when Konami are ready to tell us, which is usually about a week before the game comes out. I assume the 360 is multi-region? (sorry if its a stupid question)

360 is multiregion i believe,but i heard that the games are region locked or something?i dont think we will know if wepes2007 has full edit ect until somebody has got there hands on it tbh

Yeah some of the games are region locked, I think it's only a minority that aren't. I remember reading that DOA4 and 1 or 2 others were region free, so hopefully - especially if this version has additions from the one released over here - they will put no region lock on it.

Most of the newer games, Gears, Smackdown, Rainbow Six and Splinter Cell etc are region free and i think they are going to make most6 if not all region free now. The reason, in order to match the PS3 in terms of being totally region free.
