I've just purchased a PS3 and first of all I made sure that my first game would be PES2009 but since i'm in a region were only Winning Eleven 2009 is available I bought it ..but now I'm wondering would the PES2009 option files and kitservers work with WE2009 ????

nope. just Google we2009 option files. I don't remember where i got it for my ps3 but there are 2 major option files u can download.
