Won't let me play online

Hi,
I was playing some guy from Italy who was the host when the game crashed after i got the message that the connection was lost it took me back to the home screen.
Now anytime i try to play MLO or do anything online i get the message "you are already logged in" but wont let me procede. Just takes me back to the home screen.
Any ideas?

just happened to me against an italian guy
right at the competition start the communicating thing was happening then server lost and now i cant get online either just says already logged in
