X-Box Option Files

I know it's somewhere here but I'm looking for a really good UP TO DATE Option File with all stadiums, logos, emblems, flags, teams, including S.American, Asian, Swidish, Mexican National Teams & Clubs, also with the WE8 shop either unlocked or with more wen, for a non-modded X-Box, also I have Action Replay.

What do you mean all stadiums?

I just want everything that I can get in an OF....also if I load an OF that has say 70,000 wen, how do I access it, do I have to start a new ML??
