Could anyone tell me what things you can edit with a x-port thing?

you don't edit with X-Port. You use it to download and send game saves. i.e. option files

Can you get some good save?like all kits and stuff?and where do you get the saves from?

To get real kits such as 02 and Vodafone for Arsenal and Man Utd, you must patch the game by editing CD contents of the game on your PC before burning the game.
