No ! The X-Port has nothing in common with viewing goals on the PC. You don´t have video files on your MemCard, you have X-Port files, they aren´t in video format.

The goals videos you have seen are those which have been emailed to someone with a TV card who has made the replay into a video file. An X-Port on its own will not allow you to view your goals on your PC. You need a TV Card.

Options to view your goals:
1. Make the video of the replay yourself with a TV card.
2. Send your replay file to someone else to kindly make a video for you.
3. Swap goal replay files and transfer them to your memory card to view them.

If you could view videos of goals using the X-Port only, trust me - you'd see loads of vids from people here, including me! :)
But you can't. X-Port just transfers the memory card files to and from the PC in the original form as .XPS files.
