When I create a match on Xbox360 live and wait for someone to challenge me, can you not reject the challenge? It just comes up with 'Accept challenge' with his profile and nothing else.

Last night I had to play some Aussie bloke who made me lag insanely and I couldn't play the whole match. He then challenged me a further three times in a row in which the lag was terrible yet again.

Why is there no option to reject someone's challenge?!!

Yeah unfortunately you can't decline the challenge which is odd. Best practice is to just hit the guide button and pess Y to get back to the dashboard. Obviously it isn't ideal and takes it's time but it's the only way to avoid somebody you don't fancy going 90 minutes with.

You can "Reject Challenge" in 'Player Match', but not in 'Ranked Match' I don't think. Which is highly annoying as I often have to return to Dashboard as I refuse to play Inter or Brazil boys, and also sometimes Chelsea bitches. I'm always modest teams really due to me clicking Random for every match. However I do sometimes choose PSG as that is my team in an Online League: PELLUK. :cool:

That is rediculous, what an incredibly stupid idea not being able to reject challenges. Can't believe they've done that.

I just started playing online a few days ago and I'm getting my ass handed to me pretty much most matches lol. It's so different to playing with your mates, guess practice makes perfect. Thanks for the responses

Laggers, pause cheats (this has been stamped out) Inter/Brazil boys who just score and then pass it about. Ranked I do play and I pick Inter and wear the same kit as my opponent. This rerally gets the wind up em.

Yea I hate it that you can't reject a challenge, sometimes I just sign out on to the Main Title Screen, but sometimes I'll have all my formations stocked (for some reason you can't save them when playing online?) So therefore I don't want to quit and lose them all. But yea, I usually like going good-but not amazing teams like Lyon, Valencia, Juve, Bayern, Atl. Madrid. I can't stand cunts who constantly stick with the one team (usually Brazil or Inter). When I'm up against one of these people I choose Brazil or Barca.

Haha, unlucky mate but same with me, I try my best to avoid Brazil and Inter Milan. My winning streak record is currently 5 but that's a fair distance away now since I've been pressing Random a lot.

I was ranked around 49,000, then lost 2 matches to amazing teams, surprise surprise. Then I strangely dropped to about rank 111,000. Meh.

I was getting so pissed off with it before, WHY have they made Adriano so damn good? Sure he's good in real life, but nothing like he is in Pro, he's unstoppable!

Plus the movement by teammates is really bad, I just hope they make a great improvement in the AI for PES7. They always say they've improved it but it always seems to be as bad as the previous installment. The most annoying result of this for me has to be when the opposition is attacking and they play a through ball. For some reason your defender always stops running for no reason no matter what direction you hold. WHY WOULD HE DO THAT? Idiot!!! Oh and teammates NEVER make supporting runs unless you use the left button when passing telling them to run, otherwise they seem to run backwards. Rediculous.

on my old gamertag I was really into PES6 and had a winning streak of 31 and was ranked at my highest point 745, now though my average position is around 10,000 just because I get bored playing with the same team all the time and a lot of my losses come by me getting cut off. I've never been at a worse position though with PES6, I think right now I'm ranked about 65,000 and my consistency is a joke!

Just finished a match with ContractedBean, or when I say finished I mean "was cheated out". I decided to play him even though he was always Brazil, I again, clicked Random and ended up with Bordeaux who aren't as bad as I first thought, nice surprise. However after I went 1-0 up and was dominating the game and cutting off all supplies to Ronaldo and Adriano. He quit the game in the 2nd half, and as it turns out, the game on my records says the final score was 0-0. I'm not sure how this works but it's more than angered me as I was playing one of my best games in a damn long time. However I've messaged him several times stating that I've contacted Konami Europe Ltd based in London about his immaturity, unsportsmanlike attitude and cheating. He seems to be shitting it now, hopefully I can get him to apologise.

Lol, nice one! I hate the people that are ALWAYS Brazil. Inter aren't quite as bad (because the rest of their team is pretty poor), but I try to avoid them as well. I got fed up of Adriano scoring his hattrick from the halfway line so now I'm boycotting him. Never again will he set foot on my TV, if only I could delete him from my game...

After starting appaulingly a few days ago I've started to get the hang of 360 Pro (after mainly playing PS2 pro vs my friends), after about 20 games I'd lost 15ish and won the rest lol. Now I'm coming up to a 50% win average which I'm quite happy with.

I played my friend yesterday (who at his peak was ranked 45th in the world) and he mauled me 5-1 with R Madrid, then I challenged him to another game with teams selected by myself. I was Newcastle and he was Trinidad, Newcastle are a bit better but not great, and I managed to hold onto a 1-0 lead for most of the match until he equalised in the 80th minute, game finished 1-1 AET. Loving Pro online atm.

Just can't wait for Pro 6, when we'll have the full edit mode (Pro6 on 360 is a joke, we pay bout £20 more than PS2 yet have practically no edit options and miss half the bonus players out!!) and hopefully improved AI.

OMG that pisses me off, randomly I'll get cut off and it'll give them a 3-0 win (I thought they were cheating at first but now I'm not sure?) But now and again they'll get cut off yet it'll show it as a 0-0 draw but I think it gives them the win? Now a) why the fuck do they get a 3-0 win when it happens to me, b)are they cheating or is it a genuine Konami fault?

There's only one thing more annoying that wathcing people's replays....watching the goddamn goal celebrations. WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME WATCH THIS YOU IDIOT??? Guess it's my fault for conceding in the first place, but no need to be such an arse. Whenever someone does this to me I always watch my replays for about 5 minutes, even though it bores me doing it lol

It has to be a form of cheating because the person I played ContractedBean had around 25 disconnects. With around 26 victories, and I'm pretty damn sure most of those victories have come from "him" quitting the game. After the match he messaged me saying that he got the win, whilst on my record it said 0-0 so I don't have a clue what is going on. Does my tits in, how anyone would take the game so seriously that they have to constantly choose the likes of Brazil, Inter Milan or Chelsea in a desperate attempt to win. So to answer your question, based on his 25+ disconnects, and his similar victories, I think it has to be cheating, especially the way he was acting a dick after the match over messaging.
