xbox - max drive help please

I downloaded the option file

my pc does not seem to recogise my max drive (xbox), as it says device failed to enumerate so i presume i have the wrong usb settings,

when i click on the logo the m logo it says device failed to enumerate??? but these are supposed to be 1.1 and 2.0 usb compat. any ideas??
