when i have installed the software and have the mu connected via the card reader it tells me that the card is not detected. THIS MESSAGE THEN APPEARS

"USB device not recognized....One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognisze it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message"

Ive tried installing it on a laptop with vista and PC with Xp and still the same result, any ideas???????
