Xport one-way traffic??

So I thought I had my new Xport 360 working. I installed the files, the program found my xbox360 harddrive and I could browse all files. After I did a backup I was gonna transfer the edit and uniform files from my PC to the xbox360 HDD.

Now the problem: I can click and drag files FROM my HDD, but I CAN´T transfer the files FROM my pc to the harddrive!?

I feel I´m missing something here.. Anyone got any hints for me? Would be much appreciated!
