Is it heavily rubber-banded like Fifa? Any severe handicapping?

Please do not go like EA. Please. That is not football. Having to purposely give the ball away for large spells in order not to be severely crippled.... Players running away even whilst I'm trying to control them. That's not football.

Exactly this. In offline mode this happens not that often, because the COM is playing not that much long balls to the defence. But in online mode, most of these *insertanicewordhere* players are just pressing the triangle button and from 10 passes, 5 of them goes trough your defense. It doesn't matter how high or low your defence line is, sometimes you can't even control them, they are like locked. And because of that the forvet is 1vs1 with my goalkeeper. So it really doesn't matter if you are a good PES player, you just have to know how to use the triangle button and you'll win. Players who can't pass 3-4 passes consecutively are using this annoying method. I don't know if this is a script or bug or anything, but I stopped playing online now. I hope that Konami will look after this problem.
