I'm waiting for my Max Drive to arrive! I've got it on order, but Play need to re-stock! It's still available for purchase (when Play do not plan to re-stock the option to "buy now" is removed) so I hope it'll find it's way here, soon! My mate lost the old Max Drive, thus my late, and very desperate, need for one.

Anyway, the option files really do look the part, mate. I can't wait to update PES 2008 as the incorrect names, and to a lesser degree the dodgy kits, are doing my head in. I've downloaded the "New Euro" option file. I think I've read that the players from the PES Shop, as well as the teams from the PES Shop, are locked? I like to keep the classic teams, and classic players, out of my main master league. Shame about the Master League bug, it was always good fun to fire up a seperate Master League with classic players enabled.

Thanks, for all the hard work you put into creating these option files. Without gamers such as yourself, Konami would probably lose out on a fair share of their buying market, as not everyone can be bothered to correct the option files themselves, and THE un-official kits, and incorrect player names, CAN send people over the edge, even to the stage of buying Fifa! I actually got Fifa, on sale, haha, but (as usual) it can't stand up to PES.

The Best of PES 2008 Option File - the first released option file, not 100% but got full german league.

Earlier on, you mentioned that you created the appearance of Siem de Jong for Ajax Amsterdam. Could you please share his appearance? I got his stats right now, but finding his appearance anymore on the Internet seems to be impossible.

My Max Drive arrived a couple o' days ago, finally! So I've been playing PES 2008 with the option file onboard, and it's made the game all the better, I couldn't be happier with it. The kits are great as far as I'm concerned, and I haven't ran across any duplicate players, yet.

Creating the young players from a lot of teams is a nice touch indeed, and much appreciated, it's great to have Danny Simpson, Frazier Campbell, and Johnny Evans, among others, in the United squad. The extra Champions League sides is a great addition, too.

I've only had to make a few minor adjustments (personal preference to a degree) to the option file, such as appearances (Anderson's default hair is way off), and injury ratings (Saha's default injury rating is 'A' which is insane. I changed it to 'C' to reflect reality, and wouldn't you know it, he goes down injured for 9 weeks in the next game), but that's Konami's doing. So far, from what I've seen, it's the option file that will need to least tweaking, so hats off, fella.

Top marks for the option file, mate. Superb job. Now I can't put the game down!

updated version from last file with all winter transfer and now with U21 national team overwriting classic and loads of players overwriting not in game and golden oldie.

the top 4 English team have plenty of youth to make master league worthwhile.

i'd like to see an update of the original file you made as i'd like to keep the classic players any chance you may do that ?

no matter m8, took your file made a few changes with it, re-added Aberdeen & Hearts with all correct kits, players and logos for a full Brit Master League!! (in place of Locomotiv Moscow & Hammerby) and spruced up a few of the emblems.. added a few more 3d style... (bayern Munich emblem was a bit on the naff side so updated it with a nice lookin 3d one)

Also made Arsenal a bit better, with slightly more realistic stats!

Hearts sponsor logo replaced JAKO logo for the two german teams that used it, just texted JAKO in instead for those teams... Looks tidy!

if anyone is interested in it I will post a link...
