Ohh yea.. That's who we ( Puerto Rico Islanders) are playing in the ConCacaf Champions League is playing. Perfect example when I found out that the Islanders drew Liga D. Alajuelense I didn't know of the team but I did a little research on Wikipedia and it turned out they are a very successful team from Costa Rica. So we (PR Islanders) will not have it easy with them (LIGA). That's going to be a good tournament . It will have teams from the Caribbean, North, South & Central America. Go Islanders

FYI: It is called an american option file because of the american format (NTSC) not because it is intended to promote "lo nuestro". DOH!
You sound like you're making some cheap political propaganda only to squeeze some central american teams into the option file (that by the way suck mucho very much) and that only you and a handful would use. What's disturbing is that you were willing to delay the release of the option file for which we all have been waiting, only to see your favorite leagues and teams added to it. Very selfish if you ask me. And by the way... how dare you compare Boca to LA Galaxy??? are you teasing or just flat out retarded???

im a broken record about it - but has anyone been able to save a master league with one of these hooked up OFs? I can only load manually and cant save any changes I make to it.

what you mean? ML works perfectly with the file. You must start a new one from scratch though, that might be your problem.
