New jersey for England

For some reason the new jersey for England is not showing up in the game. When I look at the game data utility I see it as uniform data 106. Have I done something wrong?

maybe you havent downloaded the latest update from konami.

shady, any chances of you updating your OF to konami's 1.40? It would be the only NA OF up to date....it seems nobody is willing to update...

Like I've said before-this option file (still shady's) works with north american update 1.4. Download it and use it.

What option file works with PES 09 that has no updates, if any (I have not connected my PS3 to internet since I bought PES 09)?

shady, that's very good news man! I am using your OF (shady4) the last one. It seems to be compatible with konami's 1.40. However I did not use the install link inside the game...only downloaded the update before the game loads. I have done many transfers, most of the actually. I did not create some players that are not in the game. If you would like to see my edit data let me know that I send to you. Maybe it will help you finish it earlier. Are you going to update some kits as well?

i will not be doing all the team kits...only the ones i like and mostly the big teams...soo if there any teams request just let me know...and ill try to make there new kits

does anyone know which international teams have changed there kits..
if you do...you can just post the names

I know for sure: england, italy, spain and I think germany too. These are the ones I remember from the top of my head...
