I don't know why it wouldn't work. I was in the same situation as you Tatoo. Still Shady's works for me and it works for Caiobl and we have North American update 1.4, so it should work for you.

tatoo, if you downloaded 1.4 before the game loads, then if you installed the new english kit from the system settings menu. Then, it must work! Try deleting everything and copy the OF again. Do not copy the system data file.
