I downloaded your O.P man, good job.. BUT a lot of players stats are those of PES2011, especially Classic players.. i mean like i had to put a lot of them in default to have their new PES2012 stats, it s kind of annoying :/, how's that ?

does anyone know if we can simply import 2011 kits into 2012? I need to start learning how to do this; thinking of importing the national team kits. They will be a year behind but I can live with that for now.


A second question specifically for mrgametight - I see your 2012 option file with full documentation at a few places already; do you post in other places or are people coming here and pasting into their sites? i was always curious of this. for example http://www.pespatchs.com/2011/09/pes-2012-ps3-option-file-mrgametights-us-base-v1-0.html

Hi guys, I have always imported the UK version because of OFs and updates and patches being released faster for those versions in previous years.

Did patches and updates took longer to be released for last year's PES US version? I can see you make excellent OFs so I'm still doubting to buy the US version because of updates/patches not released for this version early enough.

Any help would be appreciated.

Question 1:

You can import just the kits yes. But they will overwrite whatever option file you had before.

Question 2:

LOL, at least the didnt change the name

Yea cuz i used prequel data. I defaulted all the EPL players and the Bundesliga should all have fresh stats, the other leagues will have to be defaulted and the classic players...yea sorry i know its annoying but it saved me time from editing some bundesliga players and names so im okay with it. i havent unlocked any classic players because i have been stuck doing all this editing bs which is also annoying.
at least you have gotten a chance to play the game. I'll default the classics when i unlock them, and will try and default the other leagues when i get a chance.

Im a little confused as to what pipi10king is saying (havent downloaded the OF yet btw)

Are you saying all the stats for the players in Ligue1, Serie A etc are somehow messed up?

Also Mrgametight, in the PES Bundesliga index, not all of the teams have 2012 stats yet? How are you approaching those teams or are you just not going to bother with them?

that pes patch site I have listed above, kitandmedia, and a few other forum sites with the last being posters. They include your full documentation so that is good But the odd thing is I think they have different download - filesonic and wupload -so someone is downloading and then uploading. Probably no harm but strange that they down and upload

Just to be sure, If I import just the Mexico kit, I will only lose the current Mexico kit on the option file or do you mean it could mess up my the entire option file? I'm just looking for a cheap way to augment the mrgametight option file with national kits but perhaps this can't be done.

I think it's not possible to copy single teams from PES2011 to PES2012. All or nothing.

because i used prequel data players have 2011 stats and not 2012 stats. i have to go thru and default the settings for every player in the game...its more work now that i think about it but im so far now it only makes sense to do it that way

I only have done what they have done right now. for those that arent done im using the conversion method used in the one thread and back checking it with pesstatsdatabase

Wouldn't it be easier to just go to said player and press triangle to default the players stats? Or because you used prequel data that option is no longer available?

right but im not sure which player needs his stats defaulted catch my drift? so i just do it in the leagues and will do it for the classic players whenever i have them unlocked. i already did the EPL

Ok I understand now. I had assumed somehow all players on every team in the game had their stats altered.

its possible that they may but when i started defaulting some Arsenal ones most were the same it was just a few stats that changed by like one or two points is all...so i am just going thru all the leagues and defaulting...of course not right now im doing stats for the bundesliga...I have 7 teams done Werder is next

Gametight any chance of utilizing the export team method of customizing teams? Also I have about 14 championship side clubs which I exported from Pellegrinis old option file which may allow us to fill the D2 league.
