I've just experienced something very annoying during a ML match - besides losing 4-0 to Liverpool.
I'm currently in Division 2 having just started (Daymos OF, therefore I'm in the NPower Championship). Anyway, the 1st Round of the FA Cup, I was set to face Liverpool at their home ground. I was initially quite excited to head to Anfield (which is created in stadium editor and assigned to Liverpool).
It's now match day and I can tell from the background of the ML main menu screen that it's not going to be at Anfield but that Konami fantasy stadium 'Bristol Mary'. Sure enough, that's where the match is held.
I just want to know if anyone else has come across this? It's really quite annoying as I was so looking forward to playing Liverpool at Anfield. I've assigned all correct stadiums to all Premier League teams, and even edited many of them to match the NPower Championship team counterparts too - so you can tell I'm quite nutty when it comes to that extra sense of realism. So to be made to play Liverpool away from home in our biggest ML match thus far, at any old generic random stadium is highly annoying and ruins the realism of the true English FA Cup.
*Sigh*
