First post updated, every request has been done and there are now 142 emblems in the pack. I'll release it tomorrow so if you want to get any more requests in then do so now otherwise it will be to late.

Afternoon Blue Scouse,

Just downloaded your previous option file for PES 5 and I must say those team emblems are the crispest I've seen and put the Konami efforts to shame. I take it you slightly alter the height/width ratio slightly?

Looking forward to the new emblem pack immensely! Will the link be in this thread?

Yep your right there mate, the emblems need to be scaled down to 54x62 pixels and then set the canvas size to 64x64 on Photoshop. The emblems need to be set like that as when they are loaded into the game they expand to their correct size.

It's the same with kit makers who create kits for patches, all the things like the emblem, sponsor and logos on the kit need to be set t a similar setting as the emblems i create because they also expand to their correct size.

To be fair to konami, all the badges in the .afs file have to share the same 128 colour palette, while emblems inserted into an option file have their own unique palette meaning they should be a higher quality.

But the Benfica badge is pes6 is awful :laugh:

@Humanfly - I've done the other Belgian badges if you to pm me for them. Sorry BlueScouse, won't do this again :laugh:

Cheer Zygalski....

Had a bash at opening it with Compulsion's PES5 editor but no joy. Converted to an .xps but the file type is not recognised. There's probably an easy way around it by opening with parameters but haven't sussed it out yet.

Anyone had any results?

Yeah, tried a few obvious things, like changing the game name to the usual P.E Soccer5.... during the max > xps conversion before saving but no dice!

Looks like patience is the key word here... Hopefully Compulsion will be able to suss out any minor changes Konami may have made to inhibit editing in this manner.
