I too am a PC PES user and am hanging out for 08/09 update. I recently made the switch from the 360 to PC and found YWNA's patch to be the ultimate for the 07/08 season.
I am however a little worried that you mentioned that us PC users are a dying breed.
Any luck with tracking down a good 08/09 patch for PES 2008?
I'd even be stoked to use just an option file with all the transfers and use last seasons kits!
