Wouldn't your console have to be chipped to play games from other continents? My friends were telling me a few months ago to chip my PS3 so I could buy cheap games from foreign countries and play them, but are they right or is the chip only for the PS2 and the PS1?

Honestly do not know. It worked for me. Maybe you should tell your player to focus more on shooting in the configuration menu, and when you reach a certain stat for shooting you will be given the special ability?

I agree with the fact the controls still look rigid and wooden. There is not much freedom and flexibility in terms of maneuvering, in terms to the 'Cruyff turn' idea, I think this can be achieved by dummying a pass or shot but turning the trick towards the player instead of away from the player...

I thought that aswell. It looks very similar to the previous Pro Evolution. I like the idea of maybe urbanizing it, but I'd fear it would look too similar to Fifa Street.
