I just thought I'd let you know that when you start your new 2008/09 PES5 option file, I am more than happy to update some stats etc for you if you need the help.
I have been using Vitimubko's and Wan's threads to update players stats over the top of your PES5 Xbox option file. So if you would like me to do this (for your new OF) once you have done all the player/club transfers please let me know and I'll be happy to help.
