yes, one will be released on Sunday according to evoweb forum. I used the we7 option file from wendetta to get most the names into English mainly for the National teams.

Wendetta's we7 patch is very good but if you prefer pes3 gameplay and like the extra dink move pes3 has ....and want a euro2004 tournie mine is the one to have...since you need Latvia for that. Also mine has Georghinios option file which is debatably the best. I may be a one man team but...
