If by "Arrow buttons" you mean the d-pad, then no. FIFA requires you use the analog stick, since FIFA is designed to let you run, and aim passes and shots etc in more than 8 directions. You will have to stick it out.

I believe they will. It would be stupid to remove them. I do hope they make them easier to do (like they made the drop shoulder body feint easier by loosening the timing necessary for you to pull it off), and I WANT them to make the Matthews Feint (Up, then Down while standing still) possible...
