Thanks mate I'll be trying the left/right side tactics - especially if it means more numbers in attack! I guess that means both left and right can be on at same time - i used to think they would contradict each other!

Only way would be if you could edit an unlicensed country, say Poland, and make them look like Indonesia (poland flag is upside down version). Then edit polish national players, maybe turn Jacek Bak into Ricardo Salampessy or Ardan Aras. Dumb answer but at least I tried lol.

I know how you feel...whatever people on here say, you're right it's unrealistically fast though some matches it seems ok - dunno why?! At least there is an option for it on FIFA. I think the main problem is the short pass speed. And, as in every PES, some players' agility and acceleration...

Good question, I use all three every game but only for 'psychological purposes' it seems cos they don't seem to do a lot! I really enjoy tactics in PES but usually it's formations and att/def mentality that make most noticable difference. In theory at least...(sorry, all obvious i know)...

Or more generally, is PES 2009 worth buying on any format, I paid £40 for xbox copyand still not sure about keeping it. I thought about getting a PSP but I'm put off cos I played PES 5 on it and it was awful - one stadium etc, crap frame rate etc...what was pes 2008 like?
