    Did you delete all existing images? Simply deleting the edit data is not enough as images AFAIK are saved in the main PES data. So might need to reinstall the game if deleting them manually didn't work.

    Is the Liga MX file still ok to use? I ask because none of those teams are in either the 3.0 update or All in One file (from what I noticed) And the download link for MX also has been removed from your first post (though it can still be found on page 71)

    Wait do you need to do the live update between 2.0 and 2.5? have I done something wrong? I installed the game, created the edit file, did the live update, did the 2.0 version of the Option File and then did 2.5 It seems to be fine from the quick look I had at it.

    Should I be at all worried about updating team names and stuff?

    With the data update coming in future, should I be concerned about it wiping my edits? I would hate to spend hours doing all the team names, shirts and emblems only for the update to come and reset it all to default.
