It' true that the players do retire but after one season they are back in the age of 18 or 19 with lower stats and abilities and you can buy them

One simple question. From what I see all the patches are for dvd (or am I wrong?). I have a copy of WE8 but its a cd. how can I patch it and which patches can I use?

to tell you the truth I don't care about the commentary language I only care about the menu language. if the menu's are in english I don't want anythink else. the commentary could be in any language. I don't really care. that's why I'm asking about the language in WE8

MAMBO is right, try this. also in "search options" somewhere it says "injured players" "created players" and "retired players" set them all to :circle: instead of :x: this might also help

perhaps it's some kind of bug. Do you play a patched version or the original game?

By saying "you can't do this" I meant that you can't be the only one who will buy retired players. If you want nobody to buy retired just set the AI to no. that's what I did and worked fine. no retired in the game even thought I have unlocked them all

my favorite formation is 4-3-3. when I play juve I use del pierro and davids (I haven't rut him in barca yet) as dmf's nadved as omf and miccoli , trezequet and di vaio as fw's. It works fine for me

Need for speed underground one of the best options. and if you can wait a while logically gran turismo 4 will be a top choice. I almost forget it wait for PES4 :D
