Guillaume Hoarau (PSG) Closest you can get is one of the long dreadlock styles (similar to Anderson) and turn it blue. Doesn't look bad.

Yeah, I've got that part down, did Adebayor, Balotelli etc (the ones from early in this thread when I first came across it) The part I'm not getting are these ones with a preset face AND a preset haircut (for example, the David De Gea one has Warnock's face and Vucinic's hair)

Ok, tried it and it doesn't work for me. I have no problems doing base copying for hairstyles but not a separate hairstyle and somebody else's preset face. As I said up there, the 2nd base copy just overwrites the hairstyle/everything from the first.
