Leider keine Ahnung. Ich würde einfach mal das Original Option File löschen und dann das File von Cristiano kopieren. Vielleicht reicht das ja schon aus, alle anderen Dateien hast du ja schon kopiert..

Sicher, dass du vor dem Kopieren der Dateien vom Stick auf die PS3 das alte Option File auf der PS3 gelöscht hast? Ein anderer Grund fällt mir da sonst nicht ein.
