16 Year Olds

Hi, I know that in the second January you get the 16 year old regenerations coming through, but when else after that do you get another batch? Most people think it is stupid, and some of it is when you see a 16 year old rated 92 with the face of a 40 year old Giggs, but it's when you get lower rated unknown players through with high individual stats that keeps it fun. For example - Vermiz, Pagaphonis (99 speed but awful at everything else) or Xivrreal (fast and can dribble but no end product).
