1st PES 2008 US PS3 Option file

As I have stated before this is my first crack at an option file. Needless to say it is very rough. I am sure there will be mistakes, but I wanted to get it out today to see what those mistakes were. I will release a more updated option file next friday with whatever i messed up hopefully fixed and a few more things added in. Here is what it includes now:

Players names fixed with real names
League/Cup/Stadium names fixed
Duplicate players taken out of national teams (not overwritten yet)
EPL kits fixed using in game editor (also have just the HOME jersey for Arsenal Liverpool, Man united, and Chelsea) Little tweaks need to be made still but they are good for now
January transfers have been complete for all leagues in good detail except the League A & B teams.
Created the necessary players for the EPL to make sure January transfers are right.
Unlocked Classic England and France, and the players associated with the European Championship, African Cup of Nations, and Asian Cup
Updated National kits that needed it
Closest stadium assigned to EPL teams
A few EPL appearances updated and changed
STATS HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED!!!
LEAGUE C still has 18 blank teams

Things still to be done by Friday:
4 additional home kits for another 4 teams
More appearances
Creating more players to ensure January transfers are more complete
POSSIBLY overwriting the duplicate players replaced on National team squads

CREDITS:

Robbyearon (4 main club kits)
LordLaw (helping me find who to create for EPL transfers)
Dignan (for allowing me to use his appearances that he so expertly did)
And anyone else who helped who I forgot

INSTRUCTIONS

Download the file
Unzip the "PS3.RAR" file which should leave a "PS3" folder
Plug your USB pen (or similar product) into your PC, Open your USB pen
Copy the PS3 Folder and all its contents onto the USB pen
Plug the USB pen into your PS3
Switch on PS3, log in to your screen name as normal, scroll along to "GAME"
Press "UP" once to "SAVED DATA UTILITY" and press "X"
Delete all previous saved data for PES2008 from your PS3
Scroll to your "USB DEVICE" and press "X"
All Kits and the EDIT DATA file should appear
Scroll to each individual file and click "TRIANGLE", Select "COPY" and press "X"
Once each file has been copied the file is ready to go.

unfortunately i unlocked it theres no way to go back and lock it back up sorry. the PS3 version has achievements? i thought that was a xbox360 thing. If there are achievements then i dont think i unlocked any of them lol

thanks man...no biggie...I'm a Serie A/Italy fan so I could careless about the England/France unlocking thing I was just wondering....thanks again for putting this up...I have yet to fool around with pes, but any word on the online play and I'm not sure of your skill with editing faces and stuff...but Pato on Milan if you are would be GREATLY appreciated...I know you are really busy....once again thanks

ill see if anyone else online has posted an appearance for pato and if so i will update him for you. i havent had much time to play at all besides my little breaks when i unlocked stuff lol and that i play on beginner 5 minutes so im assured a win lol

i dont play online much as it is sorry

EDIT: there is an appearance for him so i will update that as well as the whole team depending on what appearances have been posted up for Milan. I suck with appearances myself but im pretty good at reading other peoples work lol Thankfully dignan gave me permission to do so and he does some pretty class appearances

nice work

hey man, well done so far. i've been messing around with an OF of my own but not quite as far as you. what have you been doing in terms of process for kit editing? my process sucks and is getting me know where. and thats the last thing i need to do to complete mine. are you using software for the pictures? how are you setting the data and parameter files so the PS3 recognizes?

your asking the wrong person my man robbyearon did the kits. he used his eyetoy i believe but from there i have no clue how he did it. i dont have an eyetoy so i am thankful he stepped up and helped me out

which classic teams are locked? the only two i unlocked are England and France. if you go to europe B they should be at the bottom...if not i dont know what to say they were unlocked on mine

I copy the files over on2 my SD but they do not come up on my Save Data utility screen. What do i do here??

Update For The US Version of Pes 2008 For Ps3

How can I get the update which solve the framerate problem on PS3. I live in Canada and the European patch doesn't download automatically when I put the game inside the PS3. Thank you.

Hi there! I did all the tings you say. I copied the files from the usb stick into the pes' save data, but still the edits are not taking place in the game. Any ideas?

Cannot get option file

I have tried to download many option files, but every time I download one, it never even gives me an option to extract it when I right click on the file. I am having the same issue as other people, where when I copy the file on to the usb and plug it into the ps3, in doesn't show up in the saved game data.
