Is it possible to have 2 option file for the game and load them individually ? I am asking cause I love to load up a option file to try the classic patch while I keep the current option file.

It depends on the usage of players in different option files.
If your "classic patch" refers to the one made by PES Universe and various editors, it probably will contradict with most of the existing OFs.

Yeah, theoretically, you can do it, but you have to copy the Edit files onto separate USB flash drives.
But will be an issue with imported graphics. Those will be shared, this means, the complete no. of importable graphics has to be used for both files.

And something you should check upfront: does overwriting the Edit data (from USB drive onto PS4) keep the imported images.
Deleting the Edit data first, will definitely delete the graphics.

Having 2 files at the same time on the same Account is impossible, as the game only allows one.

Best way to use two different files, is using 2 different Accounts ;)

So if I have 2 account I can have a completely different game with different teams. If so then great, I can use 1 account just for the classic teams. I wonder will it be similar to the old ps2 patch.

You can actually export each OF to different or Rearranged USB Drives...

You can also export the Images to those USB's, just every time you switch option files, you also import all the corresponding images.

If you stay organized should be an easy, but small amount of time consuming process....

I would make one USB drive with a folder for Kits, Managers, Logos, Stadiums that go with 1 OF......and the other with the same folders corresponding to the other OF just reimport everything when you switch, should take about 5 minutes each time.
