24 March update: will Konami update any player stats?

So if I understand it correctly, on the 24th we'll have Winter transfer updates along with the DLC. Can we expect an update also on player ratings?

For example, Jonas (Benfica) is a ridiculous 74, while he's 1st place for European Golden Shoe (tied with Higuaín) with 29 goals in 27 matches! Looking at other players' OVRs I reckon he should be in the low 80s (I've actually edited him that way).

So does Konami ever do rating updates at this time, or do we have to wait for PES 2017?

but still , they couldn't manage to do them all , even the ones who play for the big teams, like Rashford ,who is still 59 overall.
They should change the name from PES to MESS 2016.

Didn't have the time to check everything out , mate. I just took a quick glance this morning as I was late for the job , but my guess is that they have allot more mess ups. I only looked for Man Utd and checked the kid from Milan , the goalkeeper , not sure how to spell his name , but the kid is great talent. They have updated him from 59 to 69 I think.

Yup, only checked my team Benfica for 5 minutes and it's a mess, ratings not updated enough, some registered positions still wrong and winter transfers wrong as well.

Jonas only went from 74 to 76, which still makes him worse than Talisca for the same position (SS), who is overrated and should be an AMF really... Jonas should be above 80!

How many years does Eliseu have to play LB for them to change him from LMF and realise that he's rubbish and nowhere near 80?

Why is Nelson Semedo still CMF and not RB? He hasn't played CMF since he was a kid!

Why do all our youngsters who have been playing in the wings for years in the reserves appear as CF?

Yannick Djaló left but is still in. Jovic came in but is still not there. Saponjic came only for the reserves so far but appears in the game.

Well, yeah, judging by your above post about Benfica (who I would definitely call a "bigger team"), Konami have made a right balls-up as per usual.

But hey, as you say, plenty of other fish (ie games) in the sea :sweey:. I haven't even played PES for about a month, and not particularly missing it!

They have had the Portuguese GK Mika Swedish past two years. Wow they actually updated Zenit. Finally fixed Yusupov and kerzhakov they had 55 ratings. Too bad this ruins the patches now

Same, been playing Primal. Since I was expecting a PES update only in the end of April, I had put the game away for good already. The unexpected March update made me think twice but nope... eBay with it soon!

Ha! He was born in Switzerland, maybe that's where the confusion comes from, maybe it's all the same for Konami, Switzerland, Sweden, whatever!

Premiership is not a major league? :unsure:

They've updated lots of stats, but some players (particularly ones they've added in the data pack) do not have correct stats. They've half-assed it as usual.

haha it's true, of course it's a major league. I meant Championship, not Premier.
Konami are so lazy that i thought that they only were going to work in the best leagues of each country (Premier, La Liga, Calcio...).

I honestly can't blame you.

BTW, Compostela were one of my "go-to" teams in an old manager game (FA Premier League Manager 98 I think). They had some good players in that game. Popov, Passi (who went on to play for Bolton!) etc.
