Hi PESser's,
I read info about the new patch. It off course includes all the transfers and we even get new boots (yay:rolleyes:). Anyway, I was wondering if Konami also changes some player ratings, since some of them are really unrealistic. (Guidetti, a decent striker of Feyenoord is rated 58, should be arround 73). Van Persie is rated way too low. Some older players (Lampard, Pirlo etc) are way too high and so on. Is this also gonna be fixed 6 March?

As far as I'm concerned, there will be no major stat changes. I've only seen 1 major stat change my whole life in terms of PES and that was this yeat when they improved Neymar from 82 to 86. Lampard shouldn't decrease that much but eventhough he is consistent, 86 is too high and 83 or 84 is much better. Pirlo needs a decrease and so does Gerrard and some of CR7 stats (Both have 96 power!)

I know, I think they really should fix some stats. Also some AC Milan players are rated to high. Another thing I never understood was speed. I mean, why do players from smaller clubs (like in the Dutch competition) rarely have high speed stats. In the Netherlands, many teams have very quick and skilled dribblers ond the wings, yet their stats are rarely accurate (71 speed for some wingers just as quick as walcott in real life) I find that disappointing, but I'm not under the impression Konami really makes much of an effort when it comes to rating the smaller teams..

They probably don't look at the smaller clubs at a daily basis unlike the big teams - prob once a month. Some players are quick though - A. Musa for VVV-Venlo but generally they underrate a lot of small teams.

Yeah, especially stats like dribble speed, speed, kicking power, body balance and the like. I mean, lots of players can dribble as fast as Lennon, or Walcott (maybe not as accurate, but still).

i dont understand why they do not use the full spectrum 1-99 of the stats< i never see below 55 on anything. I mean i would assume they are all pro's so why not have lower stats on some things?

i agree with u..alot of players have high stats although they deserve much less..and the opposite is true..i want to ask you what are the best settings for PES 2012 to feel it enjoyable..for u guys what are settings you use??

any info about Libertadores teams? Roster updates and kits (Internacional and Santos now have Nike kits, for example)

Ok, the new patch is out but I can't download it. I tried both P2P and HTTP, anyone else with this issue? PES 2012 Asian (English version).

Wow, so much stats have changed. They actually fixed Guidetti like I asked:) he was 58 and is 76 now, that's a huge improvement!

as always, You can download it, but when the game asks You to overwrite You current Option File, just select "No" and it shouldn't effect Your Option File, but You can still use the new shoes and shirts. But off course the stats from the players haven't changed.

there was a trick suggested for the last DLC that would help not mess with your D2 teams. Not sure if useful or not but I used last time.

Say "No" to the transfer/squad changes - but then hit the default rosters afterwards and the stats and new created players will be there but your D2 squads won't be messed with (as much).

i didnt see any change in the national team roster

still no Balotelli in Italy, there is Wilshere in England (he has been injured since the start of season now)

They didnt add new preset face for the new stars like Chamberlain, Shaarawi of Milan, Cuenca of Barca, etc, while last year DLC, i remember they add Andy Carroll, etc
