8th JUNE UPDATE, KONAMI FAILS...AGAIN

I have already downloaded and installed the update. After I saw the new kits and faces I shared feelings of joy, pity and anger. First of all the joy of seeing new kits and lots of new faces. The pity of seeing that most of the squads are not updated to the real World Cup Squads, the anger of seeing that again KONAMI has failed. I haven't checked all squads but you can see it for yourself. Germany doesn't have players like Khedira, Müller, Butt or Kroos, instead there are players like Ballack that everyone knew that he wasn't going and Gentner or Schäfer. These last two players and lots of others will be seen here for the last time. Why wouldn't they wait for the final squads to come out to launch the update? Now we have players whose faces will be lost forever (Germany, Ivory Coast, Argentina etc...) and players who aren't there like Valbuena and Planus (France), Daniel Fernandes (Portugal) and surely lots and lots of others. KONAMI fails again...

The reason is the update is tested by Sony/Microsoft which takes up to 3 weeks meaning if they sent it now with all the squads right it would be released after the World Cup.

They should release a Hotfix which updates the squads to be realitisc.

oh stfu nearly all the players are in game already just register them! In the time you spent complaining you could have just registered the players. valbuena is on OM register him Butt, Muller Khedira are in the classic players register them.

If you know a little bit about soccer you could come close to the final teams in the World Cup. I had 3 wrong here and its from the 28 of april and 1 of the player were injured.

So dont give me that crap. They should do some more research or employ people with the knowledge. Even with google they could come closer that their squad "update".

All teams have announced their 23-man squads!

The Big Difference lies in the fact that those players have no faces. Its ridiculous. They even took Marcell Jansen and Tim Wiese which were selected to the world cup. It is so frustrating to know that THE FACES ARE THERE, IN THE GAME DISC but those stupid monkeys at KONAMI couldn't just bother to place every player with face in an unregistred folder. You just win and lose faces every game, its frustrating. You can't change nationalities any more, so for example P. Assunção which nationality is Portuguese is still Brazilian. If he went to the World Cup for Portugal you wouldn't be able to put him there. There is no excuse for this, I would have prefered to have the updated coming even during the World Cup than now. Non updated squads and faces that were made and will probably never be seen again (Gentner, Schäfer,etc...) just because they don't place all players in the game that have faces in an unregistred folder. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!

I can see why people are upset but I kind of like the new DLC. I maybe the only one but I love the new updated kits and also like the new faces and feel that is good reason enough to download this pack. If you haven't noticed yet, Konami have added a nifty little mod under strip styles that allows the new Adidas national team kits to be either baggy or tight style. Not a huge deal but its nice to know that Konami have put in the extra effort to make the game more realistic. I guess I'm just so used to getting all my rosters messed up that I'm not really bothered by it anymore. And although the national team aren't 100% correct, most of them are complete enough that it only takes a few manual switches to get them done. (Except Germany, but with Cacau and Ozil officially in I'm still happy) I pray for those with the full Bundesliga I only have Bayern so its not that much of a problem.

Your theory gets thrown out the window because Konami didn't add Ronaldinho to Brazil. If that was the reason then Brazil would have Ronaldinho, Pato, Diego, and the list goes on.

the point my friend is that most of the people that have been playing PES for so many months is that the computer is extremely easy. So the only challenge thing to do is to play online, so off course I want to play with germany with the players that are actually in the WC! I cant stand why they always do this? stringerbell my friend we all know we can manage to register players, but most of US incluiding myself dont like to play offline with the computer anymore. With my mates off course, but online is the only thing that makes me play PES. thats it
