All PES needs to do is make 10 fake leagues and a stadium editor to let us go crazy. I do not need licenses. the PES editor is more than fine.

I'd love for this to happen but if you can remove money from real football then the chances of removing it from the simulated version is well you know. Regardless I'll sign it

All it needs is like the PC version and then you have a perfect Pro Evo edit mode

I agree with a lot of people that football should be football not making the most money

Pro Evo shouldn't give up because of EAs licensing Tactics all they need to do Is create a perfect edit mode (100% accurate kits)

I think no one should own football as football is a sport not a business as lots of people forget sooner footballs football the better

It doesn't bother be much of teams like Liverpool and Arsenal are not licensed but are still in the game, the fake kits don't bother me and I just change their team names to the correct ones for offline play.

I actually think there is a very good variety of teams to pick from and people are just too spoilt.

Now that Leverkusen have been added the only team I really miss playing as is Borrussia Dortmund.

Do Fifa have the full Argentine, Brazilian and Chilean leagues? Because that is a great addition IMO. Also PES owns Fifa in terms of competitions, Fifa wishes they had the CL, EL and Copa Libertodres.

It's a real bummer that all La Liga stadiums have been blocked by Fifa, surely this shouldn't happen because Konami has every La Liga team licensed?

I would love for PES to have contracts with every brand whose kit design is currently used by one of the teams in the game. That way, you could say you have 30 Adidas templates to choose from when you create a team, so all you have to do is change the colors to match those of the real team.

But that's too far fetched, and the PC-like editor is a much better idea (which I still don't know why it hasn't been implemented on PS3 and Xbox). Regardless, I signed the petition, as I truly believe that a game which has every possible license won't work as hard making a decent football game, as one that doesn't have any license, since it will probably be the one bought by customers.
