I think the quick match has condition put as random, which can give you bad condition for you and good for him.

In the old days remember PES we had conditioning arrows that makes your team good, or makes them run like bunch of nancys.

I want to find this out too. Even tho there's no lag in some matches my entire team is slow as fuck.
