I just started a new ML with roma and i need formations and players in my team that are gud and those i should sell and players i should buy

i've bought kompany(cb) Modric (am) diego (cm) and i've sold some players aswell such as taddei , vucinic and david pizzaro
im looking to buy emmanuelson (Lb) and a striker to replace the ageing TOTTI

Rosina. He's an italian and becomes very good. I'm also with as roma on season 2012 and he's been with me since 2008. Keep Vucinic, Mexes, Juan,De rossi and Aquilani. The last two are incredible at CMF. Also if you want you can get Emanuelsen instead of the aiging Panucci. He's awesome after a few seasons.

If you've sold Vucinic and Pizzaro, do you even got any strikers left? If not get Schwarz if he's available.

Rosi is also good if you like to play with wings (side midfielders, wing forwards and also side back) but Rosina plays with Torino in reality. Not long ago Rosina was almost the/if not the best of Italy U21. Now he's also one of the best play makers and dribbler and not to mention, he's left footed. Much needed and after a few years he'll develop into a better freekick taker (he takes freekicks now but in the game he has to improve).

I also like to get as many Italian players as possible but sometimes I don't find what I need.
Van der vaart is a holland player that can play as a DM or AM. I used to play him as a DM in that 4-3-3 formation I told you about and his passing was excellent and used to steal many balls from the opponent.
As I said before De rossi and Aquilani and Vucinic will improve. Keep them.Also if you want a young future talent I suggest Benzema. He plays for France and Lyon and he'll get pretty good. I'm in season 2012 and he's awesome.

Go to the "Future potential" or "Unbelonging" page. There you will find players who will turn great in the future. Or if that doesn't fancy you, go to the "Unbelonging" section and there will be players who a club has either; Released or is out of contract. I released Robinho by accident then offered him a new contract when i found him in the "Unbelonging" section.

Anyway i will make a list of players who i have and turn out great.

I have all these and they turn out great. Put your "old" players up for sale and replace then with young players.

Well that formation is actuall pretty good. But how is Totti on the subs list? Mayeb he doesn't play well in your ML because in reality Totti is the captain of AS roma.
A good striker that is very fast is Martins (speed 99) of Newcastle. Montolive of Fiorentina can also replace Aquilani or De rossi (but you have to wait a season or two for him to improve) I suggest Montolivo to be with the subs but he is good. An awesome left back is Emanuelson (netherlands). He is young and improves drastically.

Great. I never tried sammir but I got Emanuelson and he's awesome at 2012.His speed was greatly increased. Did you know that during the last negotiation perdiod you can train a player for certain skill like speed or dribble or shot? Try it as you player develops better.

Good. Van der vaart is also awesome. I have him. I'm actually getting closer to the end of 2012 so negotiations are close and I really need a side midfielder that is young (in reality). I have a few in mind.
