adidas "teamgeist" logo on shirt sleeves

on the new adidas kits, there is a logo on the left sleeve like on the new chelsea and liverpool kits. please could some1 show me how 2 do this logo as i think it wd look gd as a logo on the shirt?

I am pretty sure that it is impossible to do this via in game editing but using patches editing through kitserver its possible

There is a ps2 patch over on evoweb that has just that Jayz's patch has edited the ingame edited kit layers and this is on the sleeve.
