Aerial Thru Ball

When I play online the opposition sometimes manages to send a aerial through ball and no X appears were the ball is going to land and often leads you to go the wrong way allowing the oppo to get through. This only happens occasionally does any one know how to do this as it is a pretty good way to get behind the last defender

obviously that is a aerial thru ball but if you do the normal one it tells the opposition were the ball is going to land people play one against me were the x does not appear on the floor making it difficult to see were the ball will land

the little x doesnt have any affect on where the opposition run to. i mean, do you follow x's that appear on the ground where the ball will land when you play real football?

As far as ive ever notcied the X only appears when the ball is going out of pl;ay. It really makes no odds to thru balls in the air during the game. Its a strange point to make.

ive never actually noticed the X appearing on the ground lol...n ive been playing this game for about 6 years now.
