Here is an example of how you can play a World Cup with teams and their actual names, flags, etc. I found it a few months ago on codejunkies and while it needed alot of work I have been able to get a good mix of your option file (amazing job by the way) Paul B's and this one with he PESfan editor. I only play with the Premier/Coca Cola and International teams so it suits me perfectly.

This one has replaced numerous teams from edited (Other A/B) and replaced with the teams above plus New Zeland, Canada, Egypt, Cuba, India, Iceland and a few others.
You just have to use the Konami Cup - Change to (National & International teams) and change they type of match - use group A-H.
Bam - You have a World Cup

Thank you for this awesome work. I just wanted to say that Walcott and Ribéry are very overrated in your OF even if they are very good in real life.
I hope you will change the ratings for them.
Have you change the ratings of some promising young player ? (Gourcuff, Clerc, Planus, Pelé.Y, Bodmer, Toulalan)
I know it's only players from the french league but these are the players I get to see more often than others.
Just want to add a small piece of your wonderful work. Can't wait for the V3!
BTW why Thierry Henry's condition stability is like 3 (his stamina is lile in the low 80's) !

bmdbmd- If you use the konami cup, most of the games are in winter and it isn't as much like the world cup, plus I don't want to lose club teams

thierryastiti- I'd disagree, Ribery was done by PLF who I trust immensely with stats Walcott was done by myself but I don't think he is overrated, he is incredibly fast in real life as reflected in my file and most of his other stats are that of any normal promising player This is my opinion of course

Reading, Sheffield United and Watford replace Birmingham, Sunderland and West Brom
Villarreal now have full yellow kit
The World Cup Teams with badges are:
Germany, Poland, Ecuador, England, Paraguay, Sweden, Trinidad, Ivory Coast, Holland, Argentina, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, Ghana, USA, Czech Republic, Brazil, Croatia, Japan, France, Switzerland, South Korea, Spain
The ones that don't are Costa Rica, Iran, Angola, Australia, Togo, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia
Ukraine and Serbia as well but its impossible to get it on the kit with the kit make so I left them out, Australia because I couldn't get a good enough picture of the badge on the kit, and the rest due to lack of space
I've possibly forgotten other stuff I've included but thats the main things I think
As you probably know, I'm against people thieving my file and flogging it on ebay, and a quick check shows that more than half are mine basically, some even stealing the text direct from my website!
So the only way round this I'm thinking, is to ell the file myself. By listing it now, I will be able to get a good amount of people from ebay before the official release so the thieves will not make as much money. I don't like selling on ebay particulalry as I feel that option files should be free, but I'm a bit short of cash so it should work out good all round. I'm hopeful I'll be able to release the file sooner than June as I don't have much left to do but if you want to get a slightly early release of the file, then the link is here, although I don't expect anyone to do so

Yea there are some issues going my suggested route and never figured that you would create such a file. It just pains me to use the revamed teams. So much that I purchased Fifa World Cup 2006 which was even more painfull due to the slowdown and framerate problems.
Look forward to V3. I hope you get a few sales on your Ebay listing as it is money well earned. It probably would not hurt you to put a paypal link on your website to remind people this stuff takes times and support is apprecaited.

willow- yes it will be available for Xbox
It means that Togo, Ghana, Angola and Trinidad have overwritten South Africa, Morocco, China and Venezuela, but the names of the teams haven't been changed (because they can't)
So basically, all the players and kits are correct, but the flag and names are not
