No. Go into Edit mode yeah then Register Player, International, Choose England, Then choose the player you want to replace, With the player you want to put in.

I think it's because the squads are set to a certain date. Owen was injured..i'm not sure about Rooney. But it wouldn't differ from each file.

I won't be releasing another one, sorry guys.

I may be bringing one out for PES6 but it will only be for the Xbox 360, if you want to convert it yourself then do so at your own risk because the 360 version will have limited capabilities on the Edit Mode than the PS2 version.
