An Idea for Kits PS3 and 360

I think the Konami are well aware of how people patch the kits on the PC versions of the game, and now with last years import feature anyone else think they should allow us to import kits in the form of the PC kits then all we would have to do is change the colar type?

sounds easy and would make the game for me

Richtige Hempe sind nichts, Lieder sind alles!

I for one aint so fussed about the shirts but I simply could not play the game without the PC fan chants packs. Especially since the default ones from Konami are so nauseating.

The edit mode in pes 09 was fantastic. If they continue to improve it, there will be no need for this.

last years edit mode was great but imagine how great it would be if we could import this type of image rather than just a front of a shirt

this would be the out come

Surely no1 can disagree they would preffer this and it would take less time because you wouldnt have to do anything to the kits expect change the colar style

^You mean pes 08 had a good edit mode??
Pes 09's edit mode is by far the best (but I wish it had more kit types and layers)

As I've said before those PC guys edit the shit out of this game. Not just simple kits they do stadiums, advertisements, boots, hell they even came out with an app that adds sweat to players faces. Any more improvements to the editing mode will be greatly appreciated. As it stands I'm glad Konami even gives us the option to do so, most sports games do not...

it just needs more layer options, i am four years into ML andhave altered the other teams as if they have released a new strip but i need more options.

i dont think i will worry next year if i cant get the kits accurate, as long as there are tons more options for creating new ones.

more design options as well as more layers per shirt.

Yes as you said, more layers will be good, I am also happy with 2009’s editor specially after being frustrated with the 2008 one. What worries me the most is that they might take things from it rather than adding things to it.

Remember when you could choose a combination from your kits before the game started, you could use your home shirt, visitor shorts and home socks, or things like that? Well I want that option back.

from the looks of it, it seems that the pc version has the better edit mode. That's unacceptable in my book.

It's because they patch the edit mode is the same as in the consoles.

As for the edit mode. It can improve layer kit options and the add the option to make sponsored shorts again. But I'll still be happy if it's like in pes 09.

yes, or maybe the option for home shirt and the choice of two shorts or socks, then an away shirt with an choice of two shorts and socks.

an example, man utd's red shirt with the choice of white or black shorts and socks, then their white away top with the choice of the blue or white shorts and socks.

see the choice of mixing home and away doesn't always work, like my spurs. the option, if licensed would be mixing the white shirt/navy shorts/white socks with the sky blue shirt/shorts/socks when they would actually use white shorts or navy socks instead.

this is why i prefer unlicensed teams as during ML i will quit then go to my next opponent and alter their kit as necessary. like newcastle having white or black shorts if they clash.

^What are you talking about????? The edit mode is THE SAME FOR PC,360,PS3.
It's because they PATCH the PC version. The edit mode is the same.
If you have a mooded X360 you can achieve the same results. By patching you are replacing the original kit files in the game contents.
BUT THE EDIT MODE IS STILL THE SAME.

shaun7, seriously, it's not the same! on pc you can open some files from the cd and mod these files anyway you want! it is more accurate in pc and you can do gold things like StringerBell said! believe me it is not the same! ;) no offence!

^I hope you are not serious.;)
I have seen the edit mode on PC at my cousins. It is the same. Those modding things you say, are done by modding the GAME'S files. You simply run a program that reads these things and then replace kit files.
I KNOW THESE THINGS BECAUSE I USED TO PATCH THE GAMES (previous ones) MYSELF, EVEN ON PC. But no difference in edit mode whatsoever. By edit mode I mean the in GAME'S edit mode not editing.

yes if you mean the in game edit mode then there is no difference but you can edit the game files and do whatever you want, thats what they want to be able to do on the ps3...i think!
