I'm an American, my PES3 was despatched this Wednesday from Leeds, UK. today is Friday and as I know it takes 7 days to arive here in the U.S. I pre-ordered the game from GAMEPLAY, and I guess they got it two days earlier than it's actual release.
I heard it also depends on where you live in the United States, so it's just weird that you got the game..I mean you're on West Side, and I'm from Boston (the closest city to UK) sea divides us..weird..stuff..so can you play PAL format ??

I have dms3 modchip, and a regular TV set any problems that you experienced let me know.

PES3 has 60hz option, or whatever it is. Although I could barely see to change it to it ;P (Comes up at startup, like the "loading option file" screen in WE6, etc.).

And I am also American, from California...dude.

Keijan US TV sets are already programmed to 60Hz. While in Europe you can do that manualy. Get your PS2 modded and you're all set to go..you feelin' me
