I used to do it while playing with my friends. We used to create teams and play each other by using the base copy thingy. Does anyone know how this can be done in PES2008 on the PS3 because there is no base copy option.
Any idea on how to create a Dream Team??

shame really i liked doing the same thing my my matesPick one of the made up teams and transfer the players you want. then when you exit select 2nd option which doesn't save those settings.
Start a master league and choose Exhibition Mode Players. Now select team you edited. Save your game.
Go back into edit and "Load" your previous option file data, which will transfer all your players back to original teams.
All you have to do is when you wanna play, go to exhibition and load the teams you saved.
I've done this, had mini tournament with some mates the other day.
