Any midfielders with the scoring star (special ability)?

Hello... Currently I'm playing at Arsenal as a Central midfielder (SMF original position) and am pretty confused... I've scored 9 goals in 7 consecutive league games, but I haven't gotten the scoring star yet... According to sources that I've read, you have to score in 5 consecutive games to get it.

Is this a striker-only ability? It doesn't say that it is on the chart, but it could be wrong.... So any midfielders able to prove that wrong? If so, what were your stats/number of goals/consecutive goals for the season? Thanks.

*now 11 goals in 8 consecutive scoring games... hmm...*

I havent played the bal mode yet but i can tell you the scoring ability is for strikers , it determines the runs strikers make off the shoulder to lose the defenders and beat the defensive line SO its useless for a midfield guy

The ability descriptions can be confusing its a Japanese thing i think case in point the agility star is for the speed of the animation (not if you player is agile enough for overheads or subtle mid air flick and acrobatics ) it takes for a player to kick the ball AND the playmaker ability makes the players on your team make better runs NOT your ability to pass that the is the passing ability

you must score much more goals...much much more...after scoring 50 goals in total I received, as RMF, the scoring ability

I scored over 100 goals for clubs and 30 for the national team and still don't have the scoring ability. I'm a AMF, my club plays me as DM, and the national team as AMF.

Could it be that my shooting stats are too low?

I am a striker and got my scoring star by scoring consistently...i scored in every match for like 7 games in a row
