anyone else got trouble with patched pes4 and a hdd

for some reason the patched version of pes4 wont work on my hard disk. the origonal works fine but not the jonboyo patched one. all we8 with patches from him worked, so does anyone have any ideas?

please let me know if you have it working on hdd, or even if you dont. thanks

Mine works fine. I had a .GI file that I changed to an .ISO file using IsoBuster and then I patched the game with jb's first PES4 patch. It works like a dream both from the disc and the HDD.

Does the disc you burnt work? Or do you transfer it from PC to PS2 with some sort of cable etc?

yeh i transfered it direvtly to hdd via my pc. its got the poi nt where my ps2 cant read any burnt dvds so i do it with the pc. winhiip is a good program for it. at least i know it can be done now, thanks. i also got the gi version of pro ev. ive downloaded the patch again ill try once more and cross my fingers. i dont suppose you put it on as a mode 1 or something did you? just being hopefull i guess.

I know that my .GI image worked off my HDD but did NOT work when patched. Once I'd converted the .GI file to an .ISO file and then patched it it worked perfectly.

i also have a patched version running fine from a hdd.

i just created an iso from the orginal dvd using dvd decrypter. applied the patches. then transfered the image to the hdd using with winhiip. no modes set.

yeh i downloaded a fresh iso and a fresh patch and its working fine now, pheww.
