Anyone gone back and played PES3 recently?

Hey, I had stupidly leant PES4 to my friend yesterday, and was bored at home. So I decided to to play some PES3, it was very strange, and the gameplay was alot slower. But I found it so much easier to score. Anyone else played it recently? If so what did you find different? :)

EDIT: could someone move this thread to the General PES/WE Console disscussion. :eek:

Yes mate have had a few goes of PES3 and still love it. Now after a few bad moments with PES4 it is starting to grow on me much more. I would say now that PES4 is the better game, but it took much longer to love than the last one.

So so true. I never stop loving PES3, I'm not sure what it is, but there is just something about it that no other game has. ;)
But yes, PES4 is by far the better game - I love that even more. :)

i agree.. but in saying that.. i dont think that PES4 has had/will have the same impact that PES3 did, the gap between PES2 and PES3 is heaps bigger (in terms of quality) than PES3 and PES4 are..

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. I reckon the gap will be even smaller between PES4 and PES5. But because PES6 will be on the next generation of consoles (PS3) that gap will be humungous. ;)

just look at the facts, everyone hated pes2 cos it was so similar to pes 1 but loved pes 3 cos it took a huge step up, now people say pes4 was a little disapointing. probs the thing that disgusts me in pes4 is how hard it is to score 1 on 1 with the keepere, and i dont loike the shots.
