ok look , most people order this game that live in US like me usually order P.C version .
I ordered mine at zavvi.co.uk for p.c version only 30 $ in US money which is the cheapest price comparing to other UK website . Yes They do ship outside UK .
PS3 version , I would recommended for you to wait until NOV 2009 to get PS3 OR XBOX 360 version .
It's safe to order from UK website . Don't worry

I ordered the PS3 version from zavvi.co.uk, and it was shipped today. There will be more option files available for the PAL version. Additionally, Konami's support for the NA version last year wasn't the best.

You can, put you will be on a differnt online server. I ordered from the UK for PC. I don't play online anyways.
I just saw your post, so i went ahead and pre ordered mine. I hope i will be lucky even to have them ship it out tomorrow. So what day do you think u will be receiving the game ?

Yes, you can play online and you get the same updates that the UK folks get.
I know this because I got the UK version for PES 2009 too.
Last year it took about a week since the date they dispatched it.

I live in Washington state. Here is what I know:
The last 3 years I have ordered form Sendit.com. My copy was shipped today. I expect to have it by Friday.
I also ordered FIFA 10 from Sendit.com. It was shipped on 10/5/2009 and I recieved it on 10/7/2009.
As far as compatability is concerned, there are alot more option files available for the UK version. UK version option files are not completely compatible with U.S. version of game. If you try to use a UK file with U.S. file, it will cause problems.
Online play: With the U.S. version you can only play against North American players whch has a very small user base. If you have the UK (EU) version, the user base is 100-fold larger which means more opportunities to play.

With PES 2009, online play was horrible, but I think everybody experienced the same problems. The positive side is that there were always at least 100 players online to connect to.
In 2007, I bought the North American (NA) version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. After about 3 months, I was only able to play about 10 games online. There was just nobody on the NA servers.
After I visited several forums such as this one, I ordered PES 6 (that's the UK version) from Sendit.com. The day I recieved the game, I was up and playing online. Online performance was awesome!! I played online until Konami shut down the PES 6 servers.
