Anyone use Netherlands???

does anyone use the Netherlands squad? I use this team against my mates and the dont seemt o be able to defend even though their team stats have a high defence level. If you look at their formation you'll see that the defence line is bdamn neat the center circle, and my mates usually find it easy to get past the defence.
Can anyone that knows the team well give me dome tips on defending with the team?

try using a sweeper.. and put it so that your defense line does not move at all...and have then on high defensive arrows.. and put them in attack with a back arrow so they go towards your own goal instead of joining the attack... that should help you..

stam is a gun defender, use him in central defence.. hes the rock

I always take Holland and you probally know that the defence is the weakest link of the Dutch squad. But I solved the defence problems with playing 4 at the back.
from right to left: Reiziger, Stam, Cocu (2nd best defender) and Zenden (can defend well). If you don't like playing Zenden on the left side, you can change him with good old De Boer but then it's better that Cocu plays on the leftside and De Boer in the centre. If you are interesting in the rest of my squad: Davids of course defensive midfielder. Seedorf en van de Vaart central midfielders. 3 forwards Robben on the left side, Van Nistelrooyin the centre and Kluivert near to him. Dribbling with Robben is a joy and annoying for my friends. Only he is injured a lot. Ruud is my goal machine and Kluivert has a great technique and one of the best headers in the game. Good luck

That is not my problem. I am the manager of the squad and the players are in the squad so I am able to choose them. And I am not someone who changes with the Edit Mode to bring other players in the squad. When Konami made the game (around Euro 2004) Stam and De Boer and also Overmars and Reiziger who all quit after Euro 204 were in my squad, so this whole PES 4 season I play with these players. Other example like Zidane, Desailly are still playing when I play with France. Next year when PES 5 comes out they won't be in the national squads anymore, but till that time I am allowed to use the original selection of the game. And Stam will be my hero till october 2005.

Stam is a hero indeed.
In fact, since he left the dutch defence stinks!

Giovanni van Bronckhorst is probably the best left-back in the Dutch squad. NOt only is he a quality defender, he moves forward well as well and has good accuracy in long-range free kicks.

But in real life they both stinkl at defence.
But you're right, V Bronkhorst is (sadly) the best we have at the moment.

Attack wise not much, but in defence he makes crucial errors.
I agree, at barcelona he's doing ok, but in the dutch squad he defends poor.
