Are CPU teams stronger on the ML?

I find them to be stronger on ML.
Although you have to take into consideration the fact that your players are likely to be suffering from fatigue etc

Agreed. They do seem to score unreal goals that they don't really score on exhibiton. Not only that the shit teams seem far more defensive in ML.

Well thats probably because their stats will have improved for most of the opponents players.
